Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Schedule: Minimum 40 hours per week (weekend and emergency availability required)

Your Role as a Community Leader
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a vibrant residential community, ensuring the highest standards of service, financial performance, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor all onsite staff and contractors.

Build a positive team culture based on accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.

Oversee personnel performance and ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
Property Operations & Maintenance:
-
Supervise the Service Manager and oversee the maintenance and appearance of all facilities and grounds.

Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address maintenance needs.

Coordinate vendor services and negotiate service contracts.

Ensure all vacant apartments and amenities are market-ready.
Marketing & Leasing Strategy:

Implement creative marketing campaigns and oversee leasing activity.

Monitor market trends through regular surveys and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cultivate strong resident relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

Oversee the presentation of available apartments and community amenities.
Financial Management & Reporting:

Assist in developing and managing annual operating and capital budgets.

Review monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Oversee rent collection and accounts receivable, and approve vendor invoices.

Maintain strict inventory and purchasing controls for supplies and services.
Administrative Excellence:

Ensure accurate resident records, lease agreements, and financial documentation.

Represent the property in legal proceedings and court filings as needed (travel required)

Maintain regular communication with the Regional Property Manager regarding operations and opportunities.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience as a Property Manager or higher
-
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
-
Industry certifications (ARM, RAM, CPM) are strongly preferred
-
Valid PA/NJ/FL driver’s license required

Deep understanding of Fair Housing Laws
