I am a small cleaning company, I currently have an offices, a church, a preschool and a bar that gets regularly cleaned. I am seeking a cleaner to join my team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
I'm currently looking for someone to help with coverage about a total of 10-20hrs a week $18
- $20 an hour
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AND BE RELIABLE
Must have OWN reliable transportation
I have a location in Culver City that I need help cleaning. It is in an area not close to reliable public transit please have your own vehicle
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Remove garbage and recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts
Strong communication
Qualifications:
Must be able to adapt when the need arises
Must have own Vehicle
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Friendly with good customer service skills
Able to lift 40 lbs
Self-Starter
Job Type: Part-time
Physical Setting:
The location I need help with is in Culver City, Ca
I may need help at other locations that include Santa Monica and North Hollywood
Having your own transportation is a must
