Position Summary:The Leasing Specialist plays a key role in driving occupancy and supporting resident satisfaction. With the Yardi system automating applicant tracking and resident communications, this role is increasingly focused on field-based responsibilities such as property tours, outreach, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct property tours and engage with prospective residents to highlight community features.

• Support lease-up efforts by canvassing, attending community events, and maintaining visibility in the local market.
• Use Yardi to process applications, track leads, and manage resident interactions.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring units are ready and residents are supported.
• Collaborate with maintenance and compliance teams to ensure timely unit turnover and adherence to housing regulations.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including signage, social media, and local outreach.

• Qualifications:
• 2+ year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Yardi Voyager knowledge
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
