This is not a traditional security job. It is a luxury hospitality role for someone who can deliver a polished, professional experience for 99% of visits and remain calm, confident, and professional during the rare difficult one.

You will be the first and last person our customers interact with.
\n

What You’ll Do

- Meet customers at the building entrance and walk them to our office.
- Greet customers, make friendly conversation, and create a polished first impression.
- Walk customers back to the building entrance when their appointment is complete.
- In rare difficult situations, calmly de-escalate the interaction and professionally guide the customer to the exit without physical contact.

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Confident and composed when dealing with an upset or aggravated customer.
- Reliable, punctual, observant, and professionally presented.
- Able to exercise good judgment and maintain clear professional boundaries.
- Previous hospitality, retail, customer-service, or security experience is helpful.
- This is an unarmed, customer facing position. The right person will be equally capable of making customers feel welcome and maintaining a calm, professional environment when needed.
