Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Lansing, MI area, is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for direct-hire opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Pay: $28-$35+/hr, based on experience. Strong electrical candidates may be considered above the posted range.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and machine schematics
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Willingness to work regular overtime, including some weekends
• PLC knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus
• Technical degree or training preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Read machine schematics, electrical diagrams, and parts breakdowns
• Repair and replace equipment components
• Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement
