Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally thorough Overnight Cleaner to manage deep cleaning and sanitation duties after business hours. In this role, you will work independently 3 to 4 nights per week during overnight hours to ensure our kitchen, dining room, lounge, and facilities exceed health and cleanliness standards every single morning.
Key Responsibilities

Deep clean and sanitize commercial kitchen surfaces, prep areas, line equipment, and stainless steel.

Sweep, scrub, and mop all hard flooring.

Sanitize dining room furniture, bar surfaces, restrooms, and customer entryways.

Perform high/low dusting, mirror and glass cleaning, and trash/recycling removal.

Maintain organized chemical storage, clean equipment after each shift, and report low inventory supplies or maintenance needs.
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of commercial or restaurant cleaning experience strongly preferred.

Extreme Attention to Detail: A high standard for cleanliness with a meticulous, thorough eye—you don't cut corners or skip hard-to-reach spots.

Self-Motivated & Reliable: Ability to work independently without direct supervision during overnight shifts while staying on task.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle commercial cleaning supplies safely.

Must have reliable transportation for late-night/overnight shifts.
