Schedule: M–F with Saturday flexibility
Pay: $19/hr

Job Description
- To greet prospects and provide property tours
- To process applications and prepare lease files
- To support renewals and retention
- To assist residents with inquiries and service needs
- To maintain accurate leasing and daily activity records
Required Qualifications
- Leasing experience in the apartment industry
- Property management software experience (Yardi, Onesite, etc.)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
