Position Summary:
Cirrus Manor, a licensed assisted living community, is seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Overnight Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and property during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and dedicated to maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:

Monitors facility entrances, exits, and grounds throughout the shift.

Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify potential safety or security concerns.

Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies. Complete detailed incident and security reports as required.

Greet, identify, and document visitors in accordance with facility policies.

Support residents and staff during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy.

Ensure all facility doors and windows are properly secured.

Communicate effectively with management and law enforcement when necessary.
Qualifications:

Must hold a valid New York State Security Guard Registration issued by the NYS Department of State.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential security preferred.

Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.

Must pass a background check and health screening.
Schedule: Full-time overnight position. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $18–$20 per hour, plus benefits
