Ignition Health is seeking an experienced and versatile Aesthetic Injector (PA-C or NP) to join our growing team. We are a regenerative health and aesthetics practice that blends advanced aesthetic treatments with wellness services like hormone therapy, weight management, and pain management to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys working across multiple service lines and is ready to grow with a team that values clinical excellence and long-term patient relationships.

Position Overview

We are looking for a multi-faceted practitioner who will play a key role in both aesthetic procedures and wellness services. This role requires someone who is proactive in building patient relationships, can confidently perform full-face consultations, and is eager to expand their footprint within the community.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Aesthetic Injections (Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, PRP/Exosome Therapies)

• Advanced Skin Treatments (Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning)

• Body Contouring Procedures

• Non-Invasive Hair Restoration

• Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Consultations & Treatments

• Medical Weight Loss Program Support

• Pain Management Services

• Participation in community and in-clinic events as a visible representative of Ignition Health

• Maintaining a professional, educational social media presence that engages with current and prospective patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• PA-C or NP with an active Florida License

• Active DEA Registration is required

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Aesthetic Injectables (Neurotoxins, Fillers, PRP)

• Proficiency in facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and body contouring

• Experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy (Evexias Health Solutions certification preferred)

• Familiarity with Phorest Salon Software and Scriptsure e-Prescribing platform is a plus

• Strong consultation and patient retention skills

• Comfortable participating in patient events and representing Ignition Health

• Must maintain an active, professional social media presence

• A Non-Compete Agreement will be required as part of onboarding

• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
