Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, financial performance, and day-to-day operations of the property. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and negotiate commercial lease agreements, renewals, and tenant improvements in compliance with company standards.

  • Review financial reports, prepare budgets, and monitor property performance against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

  • Lead and mentor on-site staff to achieve operational excellence and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial statements.
  • CAM certification, CPM, or Real Estate License preferred but not required.

Why Join Us:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding company
  • Supportive leadership team and collaborative work culture
