We are looking for a lead locksmith with AT LEAST 10 years of experience with a high level of attention to detail to be able to do the following:
- Install and service residential lock hardware
-Proficiency with installation and servicing decorative residential lock hardware such as Baldwin, Emtek, Accurate, Nans, P.E. Guerin et al.
-Proficiency with servicing and replacing obsolete lock hardware and old mortise locks
- Install and service commercial lock hardware, such as lever sets, knobs, mortise locks, door closers (Surface mount, concealed overhead and floor), Adams Rite hardware, alarmed exit hardware (Detex), Rim mount, surface and concealed vertical rod exit devices and the accompanying trim, various door hinges and doors.
-Install & Service All types of electrified hardware, such as: Mag Locks, Electric Strikes, Electrified cylindrical and mortise locksets, Electrified trim to exit devices, wired hinges, various pushbuttons, power supplies and electrical accessories.
-Install and Service all types of hollow metal doors and frames including new installations of doors and frames
- Knowledge of conventional cylinder pinning, Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, SFIC
- Knowledge of Medeco & Mul-T-Lock product lines
- Experience with B Rate and Fire safes: servicing, opening, installing
- Assist on larger or more complicated commercial jobs.
- Candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Candidate should also be willing and eager to learn.
-Candidate MUST be reliable and clean in appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A clean driver's license is required
