Join our team as a Janitorial Lead! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning staff, and ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience supervising janitorial teams while maintaining a clean, safe and professional environment.

Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise janitorial/process cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
- Assigned daily tasks and monitor work quality and completion.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and production areas.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Follow OSHA, safety, and company sanitation procedures.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards are met.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures
- Support emergency cleanups, spills, and special projects as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with training and cross-training employees as needed
- Other assigned duties to support operation needs
Requirements:
- Ability to lead and supervise.
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Previous supervisory experience required
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including composite toed shoes, if needed.
