We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance / Automation Technicians to support a growing manufacturing operation with highly automated production equipment. Pay

$32–$41/hour

Compensation is based on experience, technical ability, and overall skill set
Shift Availability

Primarily 2nd and 3rd Shift openings

Limited 1st Shift opportunities available
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
-
At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing automation, or controls troubleshooting
-
Experience working with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, robotics, and automated equipment
-
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
-
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues in a production environment
-
Experience within metal stamping or plastic injection molding environments preferred
Responsibilities
-
Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
-
Support PLC and controls-related troubleshooting
-
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
-
Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
-
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
