Imagine starting your shift with a quick huddle, reviewing priority work orders, and assigning the right task to the right pro on your Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech crews. You’ll partner with production managers to schedule service around output targets, walk the floor to verify safe, compliant operation, and keep a sharp eye on opportunities to streamline how the whole system works.

What You’ll Do
- Direct daily maintenance activities and allocate work across building, machine, and support systems.
- Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to minimize downtime and support production goals.
- Coach, develop, and supervise maintenance team members; set expectations and follow up on results.
- Collaborate with production on equipment maintenance plans, operator training, and safe operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement — identify, pilot, and scale better processes and tools across the facility and beyond.
- Oversee maintenance of manufacturing and warehouse equipment with strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- Proven supervisory experience with hands-on exposure to manufacturing or warehouse equipment and processes.

Work Environment
Our industrial manufacturing and distribution centers are dynamic: moderate to high noise, temperature changes, and active material handling equipment. Expect extended periods on concrete floors and consistent use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots). Work is fast-paced, time-sensitive, and safety sensitive, with schedules aligned to production and distribution needs.

Pay: $28–$36 per hour
