Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, mechanical systems, and plant systems.

Perform and coordinate scheduled repairs, equipment modifications, and preventive maintenance activities.

Support and promote safety initiatives, policies, and procedures in alignment with business and manufacturing needs.

Oversee and/or perform installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure maintenance and operations personnel follow established safety and maintenance procedures.

Provide technical recommendations regarding equipment condition, lifecycle, utilization, and potential equipment purchases.

Coordinate the movement, installation, and relocation of equipment, materials, and furniture as needed.

Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance documentation, and control documents.

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support reliable operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

3–5 years of industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or related experience.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Basic computer skills, including experience with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on manufacturing and operational needs.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment maintenance skills.
