ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensures proper cleanliness and general good order of the grounds and the building by following established shift routines.
2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Requests additional supplies as necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;
3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment according to established schedules as directed.&nbsp;
4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assists with monthly fire drills generator tests and service of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.&nbsp;
5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct daily preventive maintenance in assigned areas.
6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performs other related duties and attends meetings as may be deemed necessary by Supervisor / Administrator and or Director.
