Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ Years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility
- Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred)
- International working experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple regions
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
- Leading a team of maintenance professionals
- Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs
- Managing the approval process for CAPEX initiatives
