Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Maintenance Manager for their plant located in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and team members.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, TPM, and maintenance best practices.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Partner with engineering and operations to support production goals and ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage maintenance planning, work orders, and systems, including SAP PM.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading maintenance operations and/or maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, including PLCs.
- Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
