Schedule & Work Environment

Multiple shifts available: days, evenings, overnights, weekends
Positions are primarily in multi-family residential communities
Flexibility is key—we appreciate and reward reliability

Responsibilities

Officers will be responsible for:

Enforcing community rules and curfew policies
Responding to service calls and reporting maintenance issues
Supporting local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents
Maintaining a strong and visible security presence

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must have:

A valid Level 3 Pocket Card
At least 1 year of verifiable experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Personal vehicle (public transportation not accepted)
Working smartphone
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Required duty gear, including:

Firearm (.38 cal or higher)
Level 3 holster
Two extra magazines
OC spray (with current certification)
Handcuffs and flashlight
