Temp-To-Hire
Location: Groton, CT
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-call: Rotation every 3rd week
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr
Requirements:

• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair experience.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Experience with affordable housing/REAC inspections is a plus.
• Able to handle a physical workload.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, drain snaking, toilet installation, caulking).
• Perform electrical work (changing fixtures, switches).
• Handle painting and drywall patching.
• Complete appliance repair, carpentry, and boiler maintenance.
• Apartments turnovers.
• Perform janitorial duties, including common area and grounds upkeep and garbage removal.
• Handle snow removal and landscaping.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
