The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic part-time Leasing Consultant to act as the initial ambassador between the public, residents, and property management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides great first impression while greeting prospective residents, showing model units as well as available vacancies.
- Answers phone calls with courtesy and accuracy
- Qualifies prospective residents and verifies application data
- Maintains daily traffic sheets, pest control logs, and maintenance logs
- Follows up with prospects and sends thank you notes
- Completes and checks lease packets prior to every move in
- Prepares clubhouse, leasing materials, and models for viewing
- Shops other apartment communities monthly as assigned and assists in preparing monthly marketing analysis
- Makes corporate and marketing calls daily as assigned
- Assists with all leasing activities and resident relations
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills
