We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technicians to join our team.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attendance record, and is committed to providing high-quality cleaning and facility maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout assigned facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated work areas.
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and routine maintenance of hard-surface floors.
- Clean and maintain carpeted and tiled flooring.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on-site.
- Complete additional janitorial or housekeeping tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated reliability with a stable work history and good attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and support different job assignments as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized facilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions.

Work Environment
This position involves cleaning and maintaining facilities that may not always be climate controlled. Approximately 25% of work may be performed outdoors or require travel between nearby work sites. Employees will work in a variety of environments and conditions while following established safety procedures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required when working on-site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
