Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Chelmsford, MA
The Liberty Group is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for immediate opportunities in Chelmsford and the surrounding area.
We are partnering with several established apartment communities throughout the Merrimack Valley and currently have multiple maintenance needs ranging from temporary assignments to long-term and temp-to-hire opportunities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Completing resident work orders and service requests
- Apartment turns and make-ready work
- Painting, patching and drywall repair
- Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance repair and installation
- Minor carpentry and general repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintaining common areas and property grounds
- Assisting the onsite maintenance team with daily property needs
What we're looking for:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and repairs
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team
