Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

Join Elite Service Solutions as a Janitorial / Cleaning Technician and play an important role in creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients across Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice and Lakewood Ranch areas. We have part-time evening shifts available Monday through Sunday. WE HAVE immediate openings FOR THE RIGHT cleaning partner.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings.
• Dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and recycle bins, ensuring proper disposal methods.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience. (2+ years of commercial cleaning preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
