About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual passionate about facility maintenance to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct regular inspections, manage inventory, and collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Participate in special projects and events as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50lbs and move equipment/supplies as needed
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
