Experienced Cleaning & Janitorial Technician – Full-Time
MP Services LLC – Honolulu, Hawaiʻi
MP Services LLC is looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking Full-Time Cleaning & Janitorial Technicians to join our growing team.
We are looking for applicants who already have professional cleaning experience and are comfortable working in a variety of residential and commercial environments.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates should have experience performing some or all of the following services:
- Residential deep cleaning
- Residential regular/maintenance cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Office cleaning
- School janitorial cleaning
- Condominium janitorial and common-area cleaning
- Home maintenance cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Carpet shampooing and extraction
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Interior window and glass cleaning
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, baseboards, walls, floors, and other detailed areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and sanitizing
- Trash removal and changing liners
- Restocking toiletries and janitorial supplies when required
- Proper use and care of professional cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Driving company vehicles to and from assigned job sites when designated as a company driver
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have previous professional cleaning or janitorial experience
- Have experience with detailed and deep cleaning
- Can follow cleaning checklists and client instructions
- Pay close attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are dependable, punctual, professional, and responsible
- Can perform physically demanding cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping throughout the shift
- Are willing to work at different residential and commercial job locations
- Can maintain MP Services’ professional standards when working around clients, residents, students, staff, and property management
- Have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable driving company vehicles when assigned as a designated driver
Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, post-construction cleaning, professional window cleaning, and driving work vehicles is highly preferred.
