Looking for an experienced and highly competent person that can anchor the administrative staff. Willing to pay for quality.

Bookkeeping and Quickbook expertise

Propertyy Management, Short term rental or hospitality industry experience

Construction experience

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping for multiple companies. Real estate development, Construction, Property ownership and management of short and long term rentals.

Assist in procurement of materials

Administration of bidding and contracts.

Assist in managing dynamic pricing of Short Term Renals by benchmarking to other STRs and Hotels. Assist in managing revenue/day and occupancy levels.

Maintain long term rental leases and administrate residential annual renewals.

Perform diverse administrative and analytical projects and general office support.

Minimum of 5 years experience of being the person primarily responsible with accounting in Quickbooks.

Minimum of one year experience of processing payroll.
