<p>Winding Brook&nbsp;Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician Apartments to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This position is a Monday through Friday position from 8-5 with an hour lunch. This position requires on call only 1 week out of every 4 weeks. Excellent advancement opportunities.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li>
<li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A valid drivers license is required.</li>
<li>Applicant must have all their own hand tools.</li>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
