Job Title: Non-Clinical - Administrative - Patient Services Coordinator
Location: Olympia, WA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Total Weekly Hours: 40

Patient Service Specialist - Olympia, WA

Our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. A candidate in this role would be working within a Pulmonology Clinic.

Required Qualifications:

Customer service-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

1 year medical office experience.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 5x8hr Days, 0800-1700, Mon-Fri
- Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working in a PSS (or similar) role
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: No
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, candidate may be required to float to nearby clinics in Olympia
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes; Schedule is Mon-Fri
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is on-site, NOT virtual.
- PSS experience specifically in a Pulmonary environment is not required, but would be a plus.
- Interview will be required before offer.
