We're looking for a Commercial Small Business Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional client experience.
As we continue our rapid growth across Texas and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to help lead carrier engagement, market strategy, and placement execution for our commercial clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead carrier marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional, national, and specialty carriers
- Negotiate competitive coverage structures, pricing, and terms on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with Producers and Account Management teams to develop thoughtful risk transfer strategies
- Analyze complex exposures and identify creative coverage solutions
- Prepare market analyses, carrier comparisons, and strategic recommendations
- Stay ahead of industry trends, carrier appetites, and emerging risks
- Serve as a key contributor to client retention, growth, and long-term outcome planning
- Help improve processes that enhance consistency, execution, and client experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines marketing experience within an agency or brokerage
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property, casualty, executive liability, cyber, and specialty coverages
- Proven ability to build carrier relationships and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Consultative approach, with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and act decisively
- Strong character, sound judgment, and a value-driven approach to relationships and decision-making
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage priorities with minimal oversight
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and excellent organizational discipline
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication kills
- Texas General Lines License preferred
