What You’ll Do
- Complete punch walks and make-ready work to perfection ️
- Respond quickly and professionally to service requests
- Handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
- Maintain the property’s exterior, amenities, and shared spaces
- Communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Take part in the on-call rotation
- Take pride in every home, hallway, and detail
What You Bring
- Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields preferred
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after-hours needs
- A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to excellent service
