We are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Person to manage and maintain our 100-unit townhouse property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, working independently to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This position demands a diverse technical skill set, strong problem-solving ability, and dedication to delivering exceptional tenant service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct repairs on small appliances
- Keep the property free of litter and maintain cleanliness standards
- Rehab units after tenant move-outs for prompt re-occupancy
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using both digital and manual systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Provide after-hours on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in HVAC maintenance and appliance repair
- Strong property maintenance and carpentry skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
