Salary: $160,000–$180,000 + Benefits

About the Company

We are an established General Contractor delivering commercial, life science and healthcare construction projects across the Raleigh market.
\n
\n
We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large and complex projects.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
You will be responsible for the day-to-day construction of projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, architects and engineers.
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead all day-to-day field operations
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Maintain project schedules and site logistics
- Coordinate multiple trades and MEP systems
- Review plans, drawings and specifications
- Run subcontractor and site meetings
- Monitor quality and safety
- Identify and resolve field issues
- Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and budget
- Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong experience with life science, healthcare or complex commercial projects
- Experience leading projects valued at $20M+
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination
- Able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore experience preferred
- Stable career history
