Job Description

Linder and Associates, a well-established property management firm located in the Mid-Wilshire (Koreatown) area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Portfolio Property Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing asset performance, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. This is a portfolio management position and is not an on-site property manager role. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties

- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures

- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance activities

- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records of property performance and financial transactions

- Collaborate with leasing teams to maximize occupancy rates

- Utilize property management software for data entry and reporting

Experience

- Experience in the management of properties in multiple locations

- Ability to speak Spanish

- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management

- Proficiency in using Yardi or similar property management software

- Knowledge of LA City Rent Control laws and Section 8 requirements

- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently

- Understanding of property maintenance practices

- Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
