Are you an experienced Property Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for multifamily housing? We're looking for a motivated, professional, and dependable On-Site Property Manager to join our team!

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of Property Management experience in multifamily housing REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Property Manager certification (CAM, CCRM, CPM) is highly desirable
- Proficiency with property management software and Google Suite
- In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements, including Fair Housing laws and OSHA regulations
- Background in financial management, leasing, maintenance oversight, and tenant relations
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
- Ability to multitask and handle daily property operations efficiently
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead by example
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a multifamily residential community
- Supervise, train, and support on-site team members
- Maintain positive resident relationships and address concerns professionally
- Oversee leasing activities, occupancy goals, and resident retention
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the community is well-maintained
- Manage administrative duties, reporting, and property-related financial responsibilities
- Ensure community policies and procedures are followed
