Facilities Manager - Commercial Real Estate - Base Salary to 85k/year - Milwaukee, WI

Our client is a commercial real estate firm with a portfolio of industrial and office properties throughout the Milwaukee, WI metro area. The Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day property and facility operations, working directly with tenants, third-party vendors, and ownership to coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, lease administration, and property reporting. This role combines commercial property management with facilities management and building operations to support property performance and tenant needs.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding property operations, facilities, maintenance, and service needs
Coordinate and manage repairs, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, building systems, and capital improvements across assigned commercial properties
Manage third-party vendors and contractors providing maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other property services
Oversee day-to-day property and facility operations with a focus on asset preservation and maintaining property value
Support commercial lease administration and leasing activities to help maintain occupancy
Coordinate tenant requests and property-related matters with vendors, contractors, and ownership
Provide property operations, maintenance, and facilities reporting to ownership

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial property management experience required
Experience with facilities management, building operations, building systems, maintenance coordination, or commercial property operations
Knowledge of commercial lease terms and property operations
