Job DescriptionWhat You’ll HandleAs an Apartment Maintenance Tech., you help keep NECAC housing in Cuba, MO safe, functional, and ready for residents. This contract, onsite role is ideal for someone dependable who takes pride in solid, hands-on work.Key responsibilities:- Complete apartment and common-area repairs from written work orders- Troubleshoot basic home issues and make practical fixes- Perform light carpentry, appliance checks, and minor replacements- Document completed work and communicate status with the leasing office- Participate in infrequent emergency call-outs when neededRequired skills/qualifications:- Comfort with basic home repair and problem-solving- Some carpentry experience- Familiarity with household appliances and simple troubleshooting- Reliable attendance and a steady, safety-minded approachPay is $19.50/hour, Monday–Friday day shift. Between stops, you keep notes on what’s been finished and what needs a follow-up part or visit.
