JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a senior level Photolithography Equipment Maintenance Technician to join a leading semiconductor client. This position is responsible for unplanned troubleshooting and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment,

The candidate must demonstrate very strong electronic and mechanical skills and work well in a team environment. This is an hourly paid role with the opportunity for overtime. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that places a strong emphasis on innovation, support and growth.

Pay Range:

$75,000 - $80,000 with a 15% differential

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 4+ years of experience as an equipment maintenance technician/service engineer in a semiconductor environment
- Associates degree or military experience
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with Photolithography toolsets (steppers and scanners, NIL, DUV and EUV systems, etc)

Shift Schedule:

Night Shift - front half - 6:30pm - 6:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Hands-on experience with TEL ACT 8 and newer coater/developer toolsets
- Familiarity with metrology tools (e.g. measurement/inspection equipment)
- Experience on ASML PAS 500
- Previous experience with wafer handlers and/or related robotic/automation subsystems
- Experience performing gas bottle PMs (preventative maintenance) involving toxic and inert gases, including sage change-outs and verification steps
