Position Summary
Anderson Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across our residential behavioral health program.
This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for youth and staff. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hands-on technician with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across a variety of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance

Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational

Support basic grounds maintenance and upkeep as needed

Assist with equipment setup, minor installations, and facility improvements

Maintain organized records of completed work and maintenance activities
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience

Experience with general trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry) preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Must be at least 21 years old
