Full Time Maintenance Tech for growing, multi-location property management company in Bloomington. This is a great opportunity to join a premier, growing company that has been in Bloomington since 1972!
Duties --
- Check assigned properties each morning, pick up trash at those properties, note any exterior maintenance needed.
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner - our company goal is same day service.
- Lawn care and snow removal.
- General cleaning of common areas.
- Repair & maintenance duties include - hvac, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, etc. Must have basic knowledge of apartment / rental home maintenance. Preference given to those with past rental maintenance experience and / or HVAC experience.
- Rental turn-overs.
- Helping coordinate and manage subcontractors.
Must be able to work as a team member as well as on your own, and be able to allocate your workday and assigned work orders for maximum work order completion.
Full time. Monday -- Friday (approx 8:30a to 5:00p). Some Saturdays and/or Overtime will also be required - particularly in July / August.
TOP PAY $Hourly (DOE). PTO, Health Ins, 401k benefits possible after 90 day probation.
