Moxie Manages is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team in Pueblo, Colorado!
Our newly acquired apartment community is undergoing exciting renovations and improvements, and we need someone who loves connecting with people, closing leases, and helping create community residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
- Tour apartments, follow up with prospects, and turn leads into leases.
- Manage rental applications, screenings, lease preparation, and move-ins.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and resident information in property management software.
- Advertise available apartments and support marketing and outreach efforts.
- Assist residents with questions, service requests, and general office needs.
- Support occupancy goals, lease renewals, and resident retention.
- Keep the leasing office, model units, and tour areas looking their best.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive management team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for helping people find their next home.
