Location:Inland Empire & Orange County (Field / Home-Based)

We are currently hiringtwo full-time Bilingual Nurse Case Managersto join our California team. What Youll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
• Facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between injured workers, providers, employers, and claims professionals.
• Educate employees on treatment plans and the workers compensation process.
• Ensure compliance with California workers compensation regulations and EHS standards.
• Perform in-person field visits within assigned region (Inland Empire or Orange County).
• Complete timely, accurate, and professional case management documentation.

What Were Looking For

• Active California RN license (required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Tagalog (required).
• Must be physically located in California; this is a field-based position requiring in-person visits.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers compensation case management experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of the California Workers Compensation system.
• Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Word (required).
• Ability to produce grammatically correct, thorough, and professional reports (required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and from home.
• Valid drivers license; ability to travel regionally within assigned area.
• Preferred: Case management certification (CCM, COHN, CPDM).

Compensation

In compliance with Californias Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162), the pay scale for this position is:

• $52.00/hour $56.00/hour, plus overtime as applicable.

Additional compensation includes:

• Mileage reimbursement and reimbursement for other case-related expenses.
• Monthly internet allowance.
• Monthly cell phone allowance.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
