Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Awicho Properties will guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process, including property search, pricing, offers, negotiations, and closings. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other transaction milestones. The agent will generate and nurture leads, maintain a strong referral network, and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions. Collaboration with the team to leverage technology, marketing tools, and mentorship is expected to grow a sustainable book of business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfax, VA.\n
Qualifications

- Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills focused on client experience and long-term relationships
- Proven Sales abilities with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Understanding of Real Property laws, contracts, and local market regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms
- Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize multiple clients
- Previous residential real estate experience in the Fairfax or DC metro market is a plus
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and collaboration within a team environment
