We’re hiring a Painting Associate for end-of-line manufacturing. This role focuses on precision painting of small, intricate parts (badges) using foot-pedal airbrush tools and small brushes. Great fit for candidates with small-part manufacturing, assembly, or a steady-hand / artistic background.
Pay &amp; Schedule

What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Paint small parts using foot-operated airbrush/air guns and hand tools</li>
<li>Inspect parts for defects (pre/post paint)</li>
<li>Keep area clean and organized</li>
<li>Use drying/curing equipment as needed</li>
<li>Follow safety + quality procedures and daily production goals</li>
<li>Help with packaging when needed</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for

<li>Strong hand-eye coordination + attention to detail</li>
