BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Manager with Tax Credit experience to lead operations at a community in Rock Hill, SC (29730). Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with Tax Credit program requirements
- Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Supervise on‑site staff and support a positive, productive team environment
- Monitor property performance, occupancy, and financial goals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Uphold high standards of customer service and community presentation
Requirements
- Tax Credit experience required
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast‑paced workload
- Professional, reliable, and resident‑focused
