Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the proper upkeep and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Please note: Availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Accurately estimate time, labor, and materials required for repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently
Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors, as needed

Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
Prior experience in a maintenance or facilities role
Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
