Job DescriptionElectro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Shifts: 2nd shift & Weekend shift | Pay: $32–$35/hr | Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays

Step into a day where your fixes keep production humming

You arrive for second shift, grab the maintenance log, and head to a press that needs attention. A quick read of the schematics, a check on a drive parameter, and the line is back in motion. Later, you’ll swap out a hydraulic component on a conveyor, assist with an upgrade on a CNC cell, and log the PMs you wrapped up—each move keeping downtime to a minimum and quality to a maximum. If you love diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, you’ll thrive here.

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance on plant equipment to prevent unplanned stops
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues quickly and safely
  • Support conveyors, presses, CNC machines, and automated equipment throughout the facility
