Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests, including leaky faucets, broken locks, and minor electrical issues

• Perform routine inspections of doors, windows, lighting, and plumbing to identify wear or potential hazards

• Complete basic repairs, including plumbing issues, replacing damaged tiles, or adjusting door hinges

• Assist with minor upgrades, such as painting walls, mounting shelves, or installing whiteboards

• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and supply rooms to ensure quick access and clean work areas

• Support other maintenance or janitorial staff with larger repairs or seasonal tasks

• Follow safety procedures when handling tools, ladders, or cleaning chemicals

• Document completed tasks and report recurring issues to supervisors

About the Role
