Now Hiring: Bilingual Property Manager – Carrollton, TX 75006
Pay: $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Opportunity: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Property Manager to support an apartment community in Carrollton, TX 75006. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who excels in property operations, resident relations, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff
- Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
- Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
- Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
- Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Previous Property Manager experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage property operations, staff, and resident needs
- Knowledge of property management software preferred
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
