Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

• Meet with scheduled buyer and seller appointments

• Conduct consultations and guide clients through real estate transactions

• Convert opportunities into signed agreements and closed deals

• Manage leads and follow-ups using our CRM and sales systems

• Host open houses and build client relationships

• Deliver exceptional service to generate referrals and repeat business

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

• Follow proven systems to grow your career and achieve your goals

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED
• Full-time commitment to building a real estate career
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow proven systems
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
